Cancellation Policy
A. Janani Integrative Wellness reserves the right to charge in full for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
B. Should cancellation not be made in time, the full treatment fee will apply.
C. Cancellation fee of R20 will apply for the appointments cancelled more than 24 hours' before the scheduled appointment.

Services Offered
We offer a range of wellness therapies including Homeopathic Consultations, Scenar Therapy, Therapeutic Reflexology, Ozone Sauna Therapy, Far-Infrared Therapy, Massage Therapy, Normatech Sequential Massage, Bemer Therapy, Rife Resonance Therapy and a Medical Store.

Payment Policy
A.Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase of a product.
B.We accept all major payment methods and there is no preferred payment method.
C. Products purchased are non-refundable. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

Late Arrivals
A. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.

Client Conduct
A. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time for you to change. If you are new to our Wellness centre, you will also be required to complete our pre-consultation form.
B. Right of admission is reserved. We reserve the right to deny access to any person we deem to be acting inappropriate or in an unsafe manner.
C. Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched off during treatments.
D. Swimming costumes must be worn when using the sauna and ozone rooms.
E. Treatments and the use of Janani Integrative Wellness facilities are at the client’s own risk. Janani Integrative Wellness will not be held liable for any adverse reactions during or after treatment or any other injury suffered at the premises.
F. Janani Integrative Wellness will not be held liable for the loss or damage to any property of the client.

A.Information Collection: In order to overview the website, sign up for receiving the newsletter or to access the membership areas, as we require some of your personal information to identify you. Medical Store Return & Refund Policy
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our store or website, you may return it to our store or through the applicable online channel for a full credit, refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original invoice or till slip as proof of purchase, items are returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, the product has not expired and it is not damaged (including all packaging).

Janani Integrative Wellness will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with, due to hygiene and sanitary considerations.

Proof of purchase, proof of identification and all packaging must be provided with all returns.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our store or website, you may return it to Janani Integrative Wellness store or through the applicable online channel for a full credit, refund, replacement or exchange, provided:

You have the original tax invoice or till slip as proof of purchase.

Items are returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.

It is not damaged (including all packaging).

It is a returnable product (some items are by law, non-returnable for hygiene/health reasons).

For online returns, we reserve the right to ask you for photographs and written submissions detailing the reasons for the return before we process the return, and we may withhold reasonable transport costs if required.

Please note: Janani Integrative Wellness will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, damaged, opened or tampered with, due to hygiene and sanitary considerations, any products due to pharmacy law requirements, or any medicines.

Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 10-14 working days to reflect.

Refunds
We do not guarantee that you will be automatically credited/refunded. The decision to credit/refund is solely at the discretion of the manager of the store where you return the product (or the online manager), the original invoice or till slip has been handed in and they have inspected the condition of the items returned.
We shall have the discretion to refund you by any appropriate means including cash, a gift card (electronic or otherwise) or by crediting the applicable card.

Warranty
Certain products may carry a manufacturer warranty in addition to our returns policy and/or consumer law.

We shall not incur any liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from the use of the products.
4. Claims
No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against Janani Integrative Wellness arising out of or in connection with any defects in, or unsuitability of any products.
